STEFAN’S CONSTANT TRAINER BY ELECTRICAL METHOD

Category: Electronics

Model No:IE-110

Experimental Training Board has been designed specifically for the study of the variation of the Total Thermal Radiation with Temperature (Verification of Stefan’s Law of Radiation). The unit is self contained and requires no other apparatus.Practical experience on this board carries great educative value for Science and Engineering Students.

Product Description

Stefan Boltzmann Law relates the temperature of the black body to the amount of the power it emits per unit area. The law states that;“The total energy emitted/radiated per unit surface area of a blackbody across all wavelengths per unit time is directly proportional to the fourth power of the black body’s thermodynamic temperature”. ⇒ ε = σT4

Features

  • Analogue Voltmeter and Ammeter
  • In Built Power Supply 20V DC Variable
  • 4mm Banana sockets for connections
  • To verify Stefan’s Law by Electrical Method.
  • To plot graph of Log P vs Log T   and to verify
  •  the slope of line is a = 4. (Fourth Power Law)
