PHOTO TRANSISTOR CHARACTERISTICS TRAINER

Category: Electronics

Model No:IE-106

Experimental Training Board has been designed specifically to study characteristics of a Photo Transistor. The board is absolutely self contained and requires no other apparatus. Photo diode is used for detecting light at the receiving end in optical communication. Light photons incident on the photo diode gets absorbed in the absorption region which leads to the generation of electron-hole pairs.
