Experimental Training Board has been designed specifically to study the characteristics of a junction diode, with varying DC voltages. This trainer covers the junction physics involved in P-N junction diode with its IV characteristics under various modes of operations. The board is absolutely self contained and requires no other apparatus. A PN junction diode is a two terminal junction device. It conducts only in one direction (only on forward biasing). Practical experience on this board carries great educative value for Science and Engineering Students.
Training Board has been designed specifically for plotting Characteristics of Semiconductor Diode. This trainer kit is self sufficient for students to perform the characteristics experiments. Forward and Reverse characteristics of PN Junction diode are plotted using this kit. It contains two Analogue meters :- Voltmeter and Ammeter. It has two power supplies one for forward and one for reverse. Connections are done using patch chords provided with the trainer along with the connection diagram in manual.
