E-1433A TRANSISTOR CHARACTERISTICS The board has been designed to study the transistor input and output characteristics in different modes i.e. common-base, common-emitter and common-collector for PNP & NPN transistor (in total 6 experiments). The board is self contained power supplies, meters and transistor. Sockets are provided to make the circuit connection to perform all the six experiments by suitably connecting supply, meters and transistor in different configration, thus one who make the connections can easily understand the circuit and process. Necessary number of patch cords are supplied with the board. This board contains the following features : * 0 - 10 volts continuously variable DC power supply for collector-emitter junction. * 0 - 1 V continuously variable power supply for base-emitter junction. * One milameter 0 - 25 mA. * One Voltmeter calibrated in 1 V / 10 V. * one milammeter calibrated in 200 uA / 425 mA. * One PNP (silicone BC 177 or eq) transistor and one NPN (silicone transistor BC 107 or eg) transistor extra. * Rugged construction, compact unit provided with self explanatory USER's Manual. * Special design to MS box with DUCO paint, give maximum visibility for scales of meters. * Complete with Manual and Connecting Wire. |
